Here's my perspective on this: I think it's another type of procrastination as I've read on atomic habits. It's because you procrastinate on real work with fake work. Watching new self-improvement videos can give you a sense of accomplishment.

Your effective demand on your cognitive load If it's less then you've a higher chance of getting into a flow state that's why I highly suggest everyone start writing and keep their room clean and organized because it massively reduces your cognitive load in your mind.

+ 30-min of organizing room before work.
2. Writing
+ Journaling.
+ All tasks of the day.

• Meditation.

Positive benefits of this habit everyone knows that, but no one does that.

Regular practice of meditation can reduce stress hormones and improve stress management. It's like organizing your own mental home ( mind ) which helps you think effectively. It increases your concentration and focus also proved by science research.

Practical action tips:
1. Go to a peaceful environment.
2. Don't use electronic devices.
3. Do it when you're alone.
