I hope you're doing good.
Today is December 17 means 14 days left for the New Year.
These days everyone is feeling depressed and losing their discipline.
You know It's winter when everyone becomes so comfortable in their bed and doesn't want to leave their bed.
It's your advantage you don't have to be one of them
It's time to raise your level.
These days you can't quit if you do "you're weak"
Because you know You're conditioned and programmed by circumstances to stay a loser.
You must be aware of your attention and what small things you're doing.
It's so disgusting to see people still doing some disgusting habits or things that damage their minds like:
1. Watching news
I don't know why people watch the news.
It only causes you anxiety and stress. It's completely no-brainer simply you're inputting negative and useless things into your minds.
In winter when you've to do more and achieve the year's goals there you're wasting your time.
2. Consuming fast food
Daily you're consuming stupid things but you know that it's useless.
Where these days you've to fast and develop your focus but you're busy customing shit.
This winter everyone is lazy and wants bed.
Here you're wasting your time on Consuming shit and
Watching fucking news.
Change yourself.
Other disgusting habits are there too like neglecting your sleep and positioning yourself in the wrong place.
Seriously you've to be aware of what you're doing detail by detail.
Otherwise, you'll stay lazy in life and this winter.
It's your choice.
I hope you understand all of this.
