That’s why you should master the art of delegation to become a leader.

Great leaders are great because of this. They know how to delegate to others.

There are two types of delegation.
• Gofer delegation.
• Stewardship delegation.

( Most of the stupids are in gofer delegation. )

Let me tell you the difference between the Gofer delegation and the Stewardship delegation.

Gofer delegation: It means focusing on methods instead of results like you're a boss who only orders employees. Here your helping and leading aren't included

Interfering your employees every moment to complete your task. ( You )

Stewardship delegation: It means focusing on results instead of methods or processes. Now you're a leader who guides them. Here your helping and leading are included.

You lead them by example. ( We )

Great leaders stay in the Stewardship delegation zone. That's what makes them great.
