- Why setting goals isn't enough to change yourself.
Why setting goals isn't enough to change yourself.

Hey you!
I hope you're winning.
There are two types of people:
Winner and Losser
What is the difference between a winner and a loser?
Recently, I was been reading Atomic Habits again
If you've completed reading Atomic Habit you'll get this.
In that book, James Clear mentioned a story about a British cyclist's team.
How a mediocre team turns into a world champion team.
How a coach turned a mediocre team into a world champion team.
The last time was in 1908 when British riders won just a single gold medal at the Olympic Games.
After that, they've won zero events and medals.
110 years of mediocrity ended when they hired Brailsford as a coach.
He completely changed the British cyclist's team.
A team that had been losing continuously for 110 years surprisingly started winning event after event.
He ends or breaks 110 years of mediocrity
His relentless commitment to a small 1% improvement made him different from previous coaches.
We all set big goals and try our best to achieve them in that process we always focus on goals we forget about the process and taking small steps.
But you need to remember all big things come from small things.
Through that situation system comes to the palace.
Goals are about the results you want to achieve.
Systems are about the processes that lead to these results.
If your goal is to win a swimming competition then your process will be to practice swimming every day.
Third you need to build a system of small habits or routines that's not only easy and small to do but also have incredible power.
Just remember that winners and losers have the same goals.
The difference between the winner and the loser is winner has made a complete system for everything on the other hand loser takes action and has the same goals as the winner but still fails.
Because they don't have a system.
No one wants to lose everyone wants to win.
If you've understood this then you've more chance or you've got an idea of what you need to do next.
You just need to build a system.
System of continuous small improvement like the British cyclists' team.
Soo... If you got this.
I think that's enough for today bye...
